Impact.com Affiliate Program Manager | Influencer Recruitment Specialist

Project Overview HOODIES.com is building the largest online destination dedicated to hoodies. We are looking for an experienced Impact.com affiliate marketing expert to build and manage our affiliate and influencer marketing program. This project includes working with our existing Fanatics affiliate relationship while expanding into partnerships with additional apparel brands and recruiting creators who can drive sales. Responsibilities * Audit and optimize our Impact.com account * Manage our Fanatics affiliate partnership * Apply to additional affiliate programs * Recruit influencers through Impact and direct outreach * Build an ambassador program * Develop commission structures * Create affiliate onboarding materials * Set up reporting dashboards * Identify high-performing creators * Build long-term affiliate relationships * Recommend software and automation where appropriate Qualifications * Demonstrated experience with Impact.com * Experience recruiting affiliates and influencers * Experience working with apparel, fashion, sports, or e-commerce brands * Strong understanding of creator outreach * Experience with Shopify preferred * Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest * Strong written English Deliverables First 30 days: * Impact account audit * Affiliate growth strategy * Fanatics optimization plan * List of 100 prospective influencers * Outreach templates * Commission strategy * Reporting dashboard * Weekly progress reports Success Metrics * 100+ influencer applications * 25 active affiliates * 10 creators producing monthly content * Increased affiliate revenue * Scalable recruitment process
