Implementation Analyst

Implementation Analyst – Full-time - Remote We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to join our growing client-facing implementation team. Responsibilities -Learn and become an expert in our software platform and its features. -Work closely with senior implementation team members on client implementation projects. -Listen to clients' business requirements and help identify the best software solutions. -Assist in managing multiple implementation projects while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. -Configure software based on client-specific business requirements. -Collaborate with internal teams to resolve implementation challenges and deliver an outstanding client experience. -Support project documentation, implementation activities, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle. -Continuously learn new technologies, business processes, and implementation best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in: -Management Information Systems (MIS) -Logistics -Business -Information Technology -Engineering -Or any analytical field -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills. -Comfortable learning new software and technology quickly. -No prior software development or SQL experience is required. -Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks is highly valued.
