Your work will directly enable a $400–800K/year impact on a real business. --- WHAT YOU'LL BUILD A 4-agent AI automation stack. The agents draft — humans approve. Every architectural decision is already made. The 12-week build plan is fully written. Your job is execution, not architecture. Agent 1 — Lead Scoring (Claude Haiku 4.5) Reads inbound leads from GoHighLevel, scores 0-100 against our ICP within 90 seconds, posts to Slack with recommended next action. ~5-15 runs/day. Agent 2 — Proposal Drafting (Claude Sonnet 4.6) Drafts full proposals using our scope library, past 50 winning examples (vector-indexed), NZBC compliance matrix, and Mastt budget templates. Outputs Word doc + Mastt + Xero skeletons. ~6-10 runs/week. Agent 3 — Post-Sales Operations (Claude Sonnet 4.6) Drafts client status updates, supplier POs, council RFI responses, Mastt variations, Xero invoices, board pack content. All queued for human approval in Slack. Agent 4 — Project Management (Claude Sonnet 4.6) Daily morning brief on active projects. Reads all project Slack channels, Mastt, Xero, weather. Catches missed variations and milestone billing.
