AI Implementation Expert (AI Automation, Workflows & Business Systems) | Project-Based | Remote

About the Role We're looking for an experienced AI Implementation Expert to help our growing team integrate AI into day-to-day business operations. This is a flexible, project-based remote opportunity with the potential for ongoing work as we expand our AI initiatives. What You'll Do: You'll work closely with our leadership team to: -Recommend AI tools and implementation strategies that improve business operations. -Design and build AI-powered workflows and automations. -Develop AI-driven systems that increase team efficiency. -Assist with AI video creation and content production (preferred). -Create AI-generated product mockups for merchandise and marketing materials. -Conduct research using AI tools to support business initiatives. -Train and guide team members on AI best practices and emerging tools. -Continuously identify opportunities where AI can streamline processes and create value. What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who has: -Proven experience implementing AI solutions for businesses. -Strong knowledge of current AI platforms and tools (e.g., ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, -Perplexity, Midjourney, Runway, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar). -Experience building AI automations, workflows, and business systems. -Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend practical solutions. -Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Nice to Have: -Experience creating AI-generated videos. -Experience with AI image generation and product mockups. -Prompt engineering expertise. -Experience integrating AI with CRMs, project management platforms, or other business software. -Familiarity with APIs and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
