Inbound Call Coordinator — Home Services (Painting & Glass) — 5-Minute Callback Is the Whole Job

Location requirement: United States, native English speaker (our customers are Midwest homeowners; this is non-negotiable) What we do We're a painting and glass company serving Sioux City, Iowa and the surrounding 50 miles. We're launching two Google advertising campaigns that will generate roughly 45–50 inbound calls and form submissions a week from homeowners who need a painter, a foggy window fixed, broken glass replaced, or a shower door installed. These are warm inbound leads — the customer is calling us, with a real problem, ready to buy. What you'll do Your job is to make sure not a single one of those leads slips through the cracks. • Answer inbound calls and respond to web form submissions within 5 minutes during your shift. This is the single most important thing you will do. A homeowner with a broken window calls the next company on the list if we don't pick up. • Qualify each caller: what do they need, where are they located, is it in our service area, is it above our minimum job size, are they the decision-maker? • Book qualified callers onto our estimators' calendars, and schedule glass repair visits. • Call to confirm every appointment the day before, so our estimator doesn't drive 30 miles to an empty house. • Follow up on quotes we've sent that haven't been signed — a same-day thank-you text and a call at 72 hours. • Log every lead accurately in our tracking sheet the same hour it comes in: source, name, ZIP, service needed, status. • Ask happy customers for Google reviews after their job is done. You will NOT be cold calling. Every person you speak to has contacted us first. Emergency and after-hours calls are handled by our office — you work a set daytime shift. Base Pay is only a part of the overall compensation. For every appointment that is kept and qualified (confirmed by our estimators) you will receive an additional incentive.
