Join our team as an Inbound Sales Representative & Marketing Assistant. You'll handle inbound calls (around 5-20 calls a day). Who we are Nxt Lvl Mobile Detailing is a premium mobile detailing company based in Cypress, TX. We come to our clients' driveways; Teslas, Porsches, BMWs, full commercial fleets, and we don't do drive-thru work. Every detail is hand-done. We're scaling a subscription model right now (think a Netflix subscription for keeping your car detailed) and building toward a franchise system across Texas. The owner currently answers every inbound call himself. He's done. He needs a real closer who can own the phone, work leads in Go High Level, and represent this brand the way it deserves to be represented. What you'll actually do • Answer every inbound call during business hours (Mon–Sat, 8 AM - 6 PM CT). • Work every lead in Go High Level - website forms, ad leads, chatbot conversations. New lead = call within 5 minutes. • Recover abandoned online bookings - if someone starts a booking and doesn't finish, you call within 2 hours. • Convert one-off buyers into subscribers on every appropriate call. This is the #1 number we measure you on. • Book appointments in GHL and hand off cleanly to the field team via Slack. • Follow up on open quotes (24 hrs, 3 days, 7 days). Nobody ghosts us. • Keep the CRM clean - tag every contact, log every conversation, update every pipeline stage. • Respond to inbound texts within 10 minutes during business hours. What we provide • Go High Level account, company phone number, GHL SMS + call recording - all set up for you • Full sales playbook, objection scripts, and subscription pitch you can learn in your first week • Warm leads from Google, our website, referrals, and (soon) paid ads • Direct access to the owner for coaching and deal support • Weekly 15-min Friday scorecard call — no wondering where you stand Compensation Base + commission + subscription bonuses. Exact structure discussed in the interview based on experience • Top performers with stacked subscription bonuses • Per-subscriber bonuses hit hard once you get rolling • Quarterly retention bonus if your subscribers stick You'll do well here if • You can talk to a stranger and have them trust you by minute 3 • You don't take "I'll think about it" as a no - you ask one more question • You compete with yourself, you want to beat last week's numbers • You have a real home workspace: quiet, wired internet, a door that closes • You can sit with the phone and CRM for a full workday and still be sharp on call #30 • You're comfortable in software (GHL, Slack, Fieldd) - or you learn tools fast • You like cars (helpful, not required) and respect people who care about theirs You will NOT do well here if • You need a manager standing over you to stay on task (this is a remote role) • You take "no" personally and shut down for the rest of the day • You think sales is about pressuring people — we don't operate that way • You can't put your phone down and focus for 90-minute stretches • You cut corners on CRM data (if it's not in GHL, we can't coach or pay you for it) Experience we like to see • Inside sales, phone sales, or appointment setting (any industry — automotive, home services, insurance, SaaS, fitness — all count) • Customer service roles where you also upsold (restaurant, retail, hotel front desk) • Service business background (you understand recurring revenue and subscriptions) • Bonus: any prior experience with Go High Level, HubSpot, or a similar CRM If you don't have direct phone sales experience but you can sell on a call, we want to hear from you. We're hiring the closer, not the resume. Remote work requirements • Quiet home workspace with a door that closes (no coffee shops, no dogs barking mid-call) • Reliable high-speed internet (wired preferred) • Headset with mic • Available for daily Slack huddles (15-30mins) and weekly Friday scorecard calls
