We're hiring a full-time inbound sales and booking specialist to answer live calls from homeowners, recommend the right cleaning service, handle objections, and close bookings over the phone — including collecting payment details to confirm the appointment. (Customers' cards are only charged after the cleaning is complete.) This is a performance sales role, not a general VA or admin role.** You will be measured on attendance, responsiveness, close rate, and call quality. If you want steady long-term work and you're good on the phone, this role has room to grow. What You'll Do - Answer inbound calls from homeowners interested in cleaning services — quickly, warmly, and confidently - Qualify the home, cleaning needs, and timing, then recommend the right service from our lineup (RoutineCare+ recurring plans, PureRenewal deep cleans, CleanStart+ move-in/move-out, RemodelRevive post-construction, and commercial) - Handle common objections (price, "I need to talk to my spouse," "I'm just shopping around," card on file, trust) - Ask for the booking and collect card details over the phone to confirm the appointment — you must be comfortable doing this confidently - Enter bookings accurately in BookingKoala with clean notes - Between calls: follow up on open quotes, rebook lapsed customers, request reviews, and handle customer service follow-ups - Communicate with the team throughout your shift Schedule Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern Time (US). You must be reliably available for the full shift — missed calls directly cost us revenue. Compensation - $5–10/hr USD to start, based on experience and roleplay performance Requirements - Excellent spoken English — warm, clear, natural, easy for US homeowners to understand - Previous phone sales, appointment setting, or inbound sales experience - Comfortable asking for the sale AND asking for the card — this is non-negotiable - Reliable attendance and fast responsiveness during shift - Quiet workspace, quality headset, stable internet, plus backup internet or power plan - Comfortable with call scripts, booking software/CRM, and having your calls reviewed and coached daily - Verified Upwork identity and checkable work history (you will be handling customer payment information; trust matters) Our Hiring Process 1.
