Influencer Marketing Specialist

I'm looking for a sharp, reliable virtual assistant to own the brand partnership pipeline for our couple lifestyle and travel account (around 52k engaged followers). You'll manage the brands that email us, negotiate deals within set guidelines, and proactively find and pitch new brands that fit our niche (travel, lifestyle, fitness, pet, and couple brands). This is a partnerships and outreach role, not basic admin, so strong writing, good judgment, and comfort negotiating are a must. You won't be working blind: we have a full SOP and a Claude AI workspace already set up to draft replies and pitches in our voice, so your job is to run the process, personalize the work, keep our deal tracker current, and know when to escalate. Comfort with AI tools and a proactive, organized approach will set you up to move fast.
