Influencer Marketing Specialist

Mineral Ice Extreme, part of Carlin Consumer Health, has launched a new topical pain-relief product primarily targeting college athletes. We are seeking influencer marketing and social media support for two of its topical pain-relief brands. Freelance. 15 hours a week to start, with the possibility to grow. $30-$40/hour. Who you are: -Freelance influencer marketer with at least 3 years of relevant experience -Organized and can assist with the development of influencer management processes -Possess a good mix of both strategic and creative thinking -Basic understanding of Gen-Z culture, college sports, major sports, and athletes -Experience working with a consumer product that is both D2C & retail -A strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics -A strong understanding of how Gen-Z, Gen-Alpha & Millennials want to be marketed to through social media -An excellent communicator and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams Tasks: -Support the social media and influencer lead on various influencer marketing campaigns for two consumer health brands. -Deep understanding of the brand and how the products should be marketed -Source influencers of various types and compile into lists -Complete general outreach to gather rates, analytics, and more information from each creator -Assist with the development of creative influencer partnerships -Full ownership of in-house UGC campaigns -Assist with the execution of activations in partnership with creators -Attend social marketing calls and give feedback on the status of campaigns, best practices, and general social media marketing input Please only apply if you can work at least 15 hours/week in the eastern timezone and have previous experience in influencer marketing!
