Influencer Sourcing VA — Build Prospect Lists + Cold Outreach (Dating Niche, Long-Term)

We're a fast-growing AI app for women in the dating space, and we scale by partnering with social media creators. We're hiring a meticulous Sourcing Virtual Assistant (VA) to keep our creator pipeline full, finding the right women micro-influencers and running personalized cold outreach. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Find US-based women micro-influencers in the dating/relationships niche (10,000 to 60,000 followers) - Build clean, organized prospect sheets in Google Sheets: name, handle, platform, profile link, follower count, recent post topic, contact email, and a personalized opener - Send about 25 personalized cold direct messages per day on Instagram and TikTok (once trained) - Keep our creator CRM (database) in Notion accurate and up to date YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU - Are extremely organized and accurate, we notice typos and messy sheets - Know Instagram and TikTok and understand creator culture - Write clear, natural English - Can work independently and hit daily targets - Have experience in lead generation, influencer outreach, or social media research (preferred) - Can commit 30 hours/week long-term, with some overlap with US Eastern Time HOW WE HIRE 1.
