IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Consultant (Projects & Technical Support) to join our team on a freelance/contract basis following an initial trial period. This is a fully remote, UK-based role requiring approximately 20 hours per month, spread across five working days. The successful candidate will provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support, assist with IT project delivery, and manage Microsoft 365 environments. The role includes supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows devices, networking, and cloud technologies while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT support or consultancy, strong Microsoft 365 and Intune knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience with Azure, MSP environments, cybersecurity, Windows Autopilot, and Conditional Access would be advantageous. This is a fully remote position offering flexible working hours, exposure to a variety of technologies and projects, and the opportunity for ongoing work or a permanent position following a successful trial period.
