Inquiry Removal Specialist (Part-Time)

Verna Capital is a faith-forward business funding company helping entrepreneurs access 0% interest business capital. As we scale our client fulfillment, we're looking for a focused Inquiry Removal Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is not a full credit repair role. We need someone who moves fast, knows the dispute process inside and out, and can hit the ground running on inquiry removal the moment a client account is handed to them. What You'll Do -Review client credit reports and identify all hard inquiries eligible for removal -Submit inquiry removal disputes across all three bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) -Handle late payment removal submissions when applicable -Track dispute progress and update client records with timelines and outcomes -Coordinate with our internal team to ensure clients are funding-ready as quickly as possible What We're Looking For -Proven hands-on experience with inquiry removal, not just general credit repair knowledge -Familiarity with bureau dispute processes and portals -Strong written and spoken English -Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously -Reliable, self-managed, and responsive during U.S. business hours Role Details -Part-time contractor position -Long-term engagement as client volume grows -Remote / work from anywhere
