Summary

We are hiring an experienced B2B desk-sales / SDR / appointment-setting specialist to help The company recruit new distributors for our Pro AV, broadcast, AV-over-IP, custom install and high-bandwidth networking portfolio. We have existing distributor target lists by region. Your job is to identify the right decision makers, enrich contact information, personalize outreach, run a structured email/call/LinkedIn cadence, qualify interest and book Teams meetings for our outside sales team. You should have experience with B2B outbound sales, distributor or reseller channels, technology products, AV/IT, broadcast, telecom, networking, SaaS, industrial/electronics or another technical B2B market. You must be willing and able to make calls, not only send emails. Initial assignment: 2-week paid pilot, 10-15 hours/week. If successful, this can become an ongoing 15-25+ hours/week assignment. Required output: researched contact list, outbound activity log, qualified Teams meetings, weekly pipeline report and handoff notes for each booked meeting. Please answer the screening questions in the brief and include examples of similar B2B appointment-setting work. Generic lead-generation proposals will not be considered.
