Inside Sales for Mobile Dog Grooming

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable inside sales rep to help book appointments for our mobile dog grooming company. You’ll log into our CRM each day and follow up with new leads by phone and text. Your main job is to contact pet owners, answer basic questions, build trust, and help them schedule their dog grooming appointment. The ideal person has perfect English, a bright and upbeat personality, and is comfortable making calls, sending texts, and staying organized inside a CRM. You should be friendly, professional, and good at making people feel comfortable over the phone. Responsibilities include: Calling and texting inbound leads Following up with interested customers Booking appointments through our CRM Answering basic questions about our mobile grooming service Keeping lead notes updated Representing the brand in a warm, professional way Ideal candidate: Excellent spoken and written English Friendly, positive, and confident on the phone Comfortable with CRM systems Reliable and consistent with follow-up Sales or customer service experience preferred Pet or dog-related experience is a plus This is a great role for someone who enjoys talking to people, has a great attitude, and wants to help grow a fast-moving mobile pet grooming business.
