Instagram DM Appointment Setter for Creator/Influencer Brand

We are hiring an appointment setter to manage Instagram DMs for a personal brand in the fitness/self-improvement space. Your main job will be to respond to warm inbound leads, qualify them, collect key information, and book calls with the team. This is not a content creation role. This is a sales support and appointment-setting role inside Instagram DMs. Responsibilities Respond to Instagram DMs from warm leads Qualify prospects based on fit, budget, goals, and urgency Move conversations toward booking a call Collect phone numbers, timezone, and availability Schedule qualified leads into the calendar Follow up with leads who do not respond Keep conversations natural, professional, and on-brand Track leads and booked calls accurately Requirements Strong written English Experience with appointment setting, sales, or lead qualification Comfortable having sales-oriented conversations through DMs Fast response time during working hours Able to follow scripts while still sounding human Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Experience with Instagram DMs is strongly preferred Ideal Candidate You should understand how to move a conversation forward without sounding pushy. You should be able to identify serious prospects, filter out unqualified leads, and book calls efficiently. This role is best for someone who has already done appointment setting, lead generation, or DM sales before.
