Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts Video Editor Needed

I run a founder interview channel where I shoot 5-minute conversations with founders. I need a sharp editor who can turn raw footage into polished long-form episodes AND high-converting short-form Reels/Shorts, consistently, fast, and for what actually performs on social. What you'll do each week: - Edit 1–2 raw founder interviews into a ~5-minute YouTube episode (cuts, captions, music, color grade) - Cut 3–4 Reels/Shorts per interview, optimized for IG and YouTube Shorts with strong hooks in the first 1–2 seconds and CTAs - Add captions (auto-gen is fine if you clean them up), lower-thirds, and b-roll where needed - Deliver drafts via Google Drive for my review within 48–72 hours of receiving footage You're a great fit if you: - Have a portfolio of short-form social content that actually got views (please share) - Know what a good hook looks and sounds like on Reels and Shorts - Are comfortable with a fast, documentary/vlog style — not over-produced - Can work independently without hand-holding - Communicate proactively if something is unclear or delayed Tools: Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve preferred. Captions via CapCut, Descript, or similar is fine. Volume: ~4–6 deliverables per week to start, scaling as the channel grows.
