Instructional Designer for Training Modules

I am looking for an instructional designer to produce interactive training modules for my construction service company which is based in USA. I will have 12 to 15 modules to produce. The majority of the modules will be for training for our production ( field) team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating engaging and informative content for adult learners. Familiarity with construction industry topics is a plus. There is an training company called Red Vector for the construction industry, and we would like a similar format. However, they do not have the training for our specific industry. We have a lot of content that is on paper, not interactive or up to date.
