Instructional/Graphic Designer Needed for Healthcare Continuing Education (CE) Course Development

Project Overview Impact Education & Consulting is seeking an experienced instructional designer and healthcare graphic designer to assist in final production of a premium continuing education course series titled: Maryland Rehabilitation Equity Series™ This series is being developed for rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other healthcare providers. The instructional content and research foundation have already been developed. We are seeking a professional to transform the existing materials into a visually engaging, commercial-quality e-learning product comparable to leading CE providers such as MedBridge, Relias, or the APTA Learning Center. Project Scope Phase 1: Graphic Design & Branding Develop a cohesive visual identity for the course series, including: Custom PowerPoint template design Branded color palette and typography Professional icon library Course logo and visual identity elements Downloadable workbook design Certificates of completion Phase 2: Custom Graphic Development Create publication-quality graphics, including: Maryland Demographic Infographics Population diversity dashboards Race/ethnicity visualizations Language diversity graphics Disability and aging population data County Health Disparity Maps Maryland county heat maps Chronic disease prevalence maps Healthcare access and transportation visuals Rehabilitation Graphics Patient journey illustrations Rehabilitation equity framework diagrams Clinical decision trees Barrier identification workflows Shared decision-making models Interactive Learning Graphics Knowledge check visuals Scenario-based case study graphics Animated process diagrams Interactive icons and callout elements Phase 3: E-Learning Production Assist with conversion into a commercial e-learning product, including: PowerPoint production and formatting LMS-ready graphics and assets LearnDash-compatible visual components Slide animations and transitions Accessibility considerations (Section 508 preferred) Existing Materials Available The selected contractor will receive: Research report and references Final instructional scripts Slide outlines and speaker notes Case studies Learner workbook framework Assessment questions LearnDash course structure Deliverables Professionally branded PowerPoint template Final slide deck graphics and visual assets Editable source files (AI, PSD, Canva, PPT, etc.) High-resolution PNG/SVG graphics Learner workbook design files LMS graphic package Graphic style guide Preferred Qualifications Applicants should have experience in: Healthcare education design Continuing education development Medical illustration or healthcare graphics Instructional design/e-learning development PowerPoint and LearnDash production Adult learning principles Data visualization and infographic design Experience working with healthcare organizations, universities, medical associations, or CE providers is strongly preferred.
