Summary

Seeking a highly experienced instructional eLearning developer. The role involves developing presenters to be engaging, interactive while delivering a high-quality learning experience for primarily adult learners. The ideal candidate combines executive-level presentation coaching and has extensive experience developing instructor-led and online learning programs. What You'll Do • Design and deliver a train-the-trainer program focused specifically on online/virtual delivery webcam presence, vocal energy, pacing, and reading a remote audience with limited visual feedback • Coach subject matter experts 1:1 and in small groups on how to translate their expertise into material that lands with an online audience • Teach virtual engagement techniques: using polls, breakout rooms, chat, screen share, and other platform features to keep remote audiences active rather than passive • Observe live or recorded virtual sessions and give specific, actionable feedback on delivery • Build rehearsal structures practice runs, peer feedback, recorded self-review so presenters keep improving over time, not just after a single workshop • Develop supporting tools for presenters: delivery checklists, virtual facilitation guides, and best-practice frameworks for online sessions • Help presenters troubleshoot the practical realities of virtual delivery: managing tech hiccups smoothly, staying engaging on camera, and adapting content built for in-person delivery to an online format What We're Looking For • Demonstrated experience coaching or training facilitators/presenters specifically for online/virtual delivery — background in virtual training, webinar facilitation, corporate L&D, or similar • Strong understanding of what makes virtual presentations succeed or fail (engagement techniques, camera presence, pacing for remote attention spans) • Comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback to subject matter experts who may be new to presenting, especially on camera • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you'll need to build trust quickly with presenters who may be nervous about being coached • A sharp eye for detail and a high bar for quality in what presenters ultimately deliver Bonus Skills (Extreme Plus, Not Required) • Instructional design background — curriculum design, adult learning theory, backward design • Hands-on proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or Lectora • Ability to build interactive eLearning modules in addition to coaching live facilitators • Video editing or media production skills for creating practice/review materials
