Insurance Agent or Insurance Broker Needed for Paid 30-Minute Research Interview ($100)

We are looking to hire licensed insurance agents and brokers for short, paid research consultations. What this is: We're are researching how insurance agents actually generate business, market themselves, and navigate compliance restrictions. We want to learn directly from people doing the work every day. This is NOT a sales call. We are not selling you anything, pitching a product, or recruiting you. We simply want to understand how agents like you really operate. What we need from you: One 30-minute video call (Zoom or Google Meet) Honest, conversational answers about how you market yourself and find new clients Permission to record the call for internal research purposes only. Compensation: $100 for the 30-minute consultation, paid through Upwork at a $100/hour rate. Who we're looking for: Current or recent agents and brokers affiliated with major carriers, including: State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, Nationwide, American Family, New York Life, Northwestern Mutual, MassMutual, Prudential, or Globe Life. Independent agents and captive agents are both welcome. What we'll talk about: How you typically generate new customers What your marketing looks like day to day What marketing support your company provides vs. what you handle yourself The biggest frustrations, obstacles, and compliance hurdles you deal with What you wish was handled for you There are no right or wrong answers. This is a relaxed conversation, not a survey.
