Insurance Service Support, Quoting Department

Property & Casualty Insurance Brokerage is hiring for a Full-time remote Service Support Specialist. Job Description: • Quote various lines of commercial and personal insurance with different carriers • Quote and research best policy options for each client, training provided. • Endorsing policies: adding/removing cars, updating mailing address • Ensure premiums are paid on time to avoid cancellations • Service renewals including providing billing support • Input and update new and current client information in all required systems. • Prepare documents, spreadsheets and insurance forms including endorsements, proof of insurance, invoices and other documents. • Provide general administrative support Requirements: 1. 2+ years experience in insurance industry 2. 2. Strong typing, writing, computer and phone skills. 3. 3. Strong sense of professional customer service. 4. 4. Ability to work independently with a great sense of customer service and attention to detail. 5. 5. Bachelor's degree required.
