Intake Specialist for Raw Land Investor

We are looking for a vacant land, real estate acquisitions assistant to research land and purchase parcels from sellers. This position would be on as needed basis. Will range from 5-10 hours a week. Work needs to be completed in a timely manner (response to accepted offers on same day basis)Responsibilities Include: ● Following Up with leads- communicating via calling or emailing back or answering incoming phone calls. ● Basic negotiations on price and terms with clients ● Record information in our database (Airtable, LGpass,) ● Prepare deed in LG Pass and emailing with instruction letter ● Record deed in Simplifile ● Update records in Airtable ● Monitor Digital Mailbox Requirements for this position: ● Access to stable internet ● Access to US based phone number (we will provide a forwarded number) ● Computer access Skills required: ● Fluent in English ● Punctual ● Organized ● Good listener ● Flexible with work schedule
