Intercom Automation & Integration Specialist (4 Website Package Deal)

We are looking for a highly technical automation specialist to audit, analyze, and rebuild our Intercom customer support flows across four different platforms. Key Responsibilities: * Audit and analyze current Intercom setups across all four websites to identify bottlenecks. * Build and optimize automated conversational flows to route inquiries efficiently. * Integrate Intercom directly with WhatsApp Business API and Telegram bots for seamless communication across multiple platforms. * Set up automatic parsing and forwarding for specific dynamic data such as automatic service IDs and user account details. * Ensure the architecture is robust enough to handle over 1k daily interactions smoothly. Requirements: * Deep technical understanding of the Intercom API and advanced custom bots. * Proven experience integrating chat infrastructure with the WhatsApp Business API and Telegram bots. * Strong expertise with webhooks, custom user attributes, and backend routing.
