Interim Accountant (3-Month Contract) — Multi-Entity Month-End Close & AP/AR Execution | NetSuite

Draiver is an AI-first logistics platform that powers vehicle movement across the US, Mexico, and Brazil. We're looking for a hands-on interim accountant to keep our day-to-day and month-end accounting running cleanly for ~3 months across three entities and multiple currencies. This is a pure execution role — no audit, no policy-setting, no team management. We need someone who owns the routines, works independently, and closes the books accurately and on time. What you'll do - Run the full month-end close across US, Brazil, and Mexico entities — journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations - Review and code corporate card expenses (Ramp) to the correct GL accounts per our policy - Maintain accrued liabilities and accrued revenue - Support multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation - Keep reconciliations and close checklists current and clean What we're looking for - 5+ years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping with strong month-end close experience - Multi-entity and multi-currency experience (international a plus) - Working knowledge of US GAAP - NetSuite experience strongly preferred - AI Expert - Highly organized and reliable, able to work independently with minimal hand-holding - English required Nice to have - Spanish and/or Portuguese — we operate in Mexico and Brazil - Experience in a fast-moving startup or high-volume transaction environment Engagement ~3-month contract, fully remote [Hours — e.g., part-time ~20–30 hrs/week, with more flexibility needed around month-end close] - Some overlap with US business hours preferred for coordination To apply, please include - A short note on your multi-entity / multi-currency close experience - Your NetSuite experience (modules you've worked in) - Your availability and earliest start date - Your hourly rate
