Interior Designer / SketchUp Modeler to Build & Visualize Our Future House + Yard

We're building our home and want to see it in 3D before we commit to buying materials and furniture. We're looking for someone who can turn our existing architectural project into a realistic SketchUp model of both the house interior and the yard, then dress it with furniture, finishes, and colors based on a moodboard we'll provide. The end goal is decision-making: we want to walk through the space visually so we can confidently choose parquet, tiles, furniture, paint/wall colors, and overall direction. What you'll do: - Build a 3D SketchUp model of the house (interior) and yard from our architectural drawings - Apply real materials and finishes (flooring, tiles, wall colors, etc.) so we can compare options - Place furniture and key decor based on our moodboard - Help us see 1–2 alternative material/color directions where it's useful for deciding - Deliver views/images (and ideally renders) we can review and use as a buying guide What we'll provide: - Architectural project images of the existing design - A CAD file (likely available) to work from - A moodboard with the look, materials, and furniture style we're after - Reference links/products where we have specific items in mind What we're looking for: - Proven experience in both architectural and interior design - Strong SketchUp skills, comfortable working from CAD files and floor plans - A good eye for materials, color, and furniture pairing - Ability to produce clear, realistic visuals - Clear communication and a structured revision process To apply, please include: - Portfolio examples of interior + exterior/yard work done in SketchUp - A short note on how you'd approach this project - Your typical timeline and whether you prefer fixed-price or hourly We will provide all the files to the person we chose.
