Interior/Furniture Designer Needed for Custom Tiny Room Solution (Space-Saving Design)

We're renovating a room that needs to function as both a guest room and a home office/workspace. We've already hired an architect/furniture maker, and they've given us an initial design solution - but we're not happy with it and feel it lacks creativity and doesn't fully solve our storage needs. The same team will be building the furniture, so we're not looking to replace them for construction. What we need is a fresh, more creative design concept we can bring back to them as direction. What I have ready (attached): - Floor plan of the room with exact dimensions - Inspiration images showing the style/mood we want - The architect's initial proposal, for reference - please review what feels flat, uninspired, or impractical about it What's not working with the current proposal: - The corner behind the bed is awkward/unresolved - The desk design doesn’t work - The shelving feels off -Overall, the look lacks a modern vibe… feels dated and uninspired Room requirements: • Full-size single bed (standard bed, not a sofa bed or fold-out) • Wardrobe with ample storage (clothes, linens, etc.) • Maximized storage throughout - shelving, cabinets, hidden storage, etc. • Desk + chair setup functional for daily work (good lighting, enough surface space, possibly cable management) • Modern, updated aesthetic - this is a key priority To apply, please include: • Portfolio examples of similar small-room projects (please highlight these specifically, not just general interior) Deliverables: • 2D floor plan with dimensions • 3D render(s) • Material/color/finish list • rounds of revisions Note: This design will be handed to our existing team for construction, so we need clear, buildable specs - not just mood board
