International Business Attorney – Vietnam B2B Services Agreement

We are a U.S.-based company seeking an experienced international business attorney or contract specialist to help us structure a business-to-business (B2B) relationship with a company in Vietnam. The Vietnam-based company is a registered business with its own business license, office, and employees. We will not be hiring individuals directly. Instead, we will be engaging the company to provide ongoing digital marketing services. We need assistance with: Reviewing the proposed engagement structure Advising on any U.S. or Vietnam compliance considerations Drafting or reviewing a Services Agreement Ensuring proper intellectual property ownership provisions Including confidentiality and data protection terms Recommending governing law and dispute resolution language Reviewing payment and invoicing considerations Experience with international contracts, cross-border service agreements, and Vietnam business law is preferred.
