Seeking Independent International Business Expansion Advisor (UAE & GCC) About Rubic International Rubic International is a Bengaluru-based merchant export and international food trading company focused on Fresh Fruits and Processed Food Products. Our current expansion plan is to establish a UAE entity to support: • Fresh Fruits & Vegetables • Fruit Pulp & Puree • IQF Frozen Fruits • Dried & Dehydrated Fruits • Fruit Powders The business will initially be managed from India while serving UAE and GCC markets. ________________________________________ Objective I am not looking for a company formation agent or someone to sell a UAE licence. I am looking for an independent senior advisor who can evaluate the complete business case and guide me in making the right long-term decisions before incorporation. This engagement is advisory-first and execution-independent. ________________________________________ Scope of Work The selected advisor should help with a comprehensive 360° evaluation covering: 1. Business Structure • UAE Mainland vs Free Zone • Jurisdiction comparison (RAKEZ, Dubai Mainland, JAFZA, Ajman, IFZA, etc.) • Ownership structure • Scalability over the next 5–10 years 2. Banking & Trade Finance • Corporate banking strategy • Bank selection • Trade finance • Letters of Credit • International payments • Currency considerations 5. Tax & Compliance • UAE Corporate Tax • VAT • Annual compliance obligations • Accounting structure • Audit requirements 6. Operations • Cold chain • Warehousing • Third-party logistics • Customs clearance • Import workflow • Distribution strategy 7.
