International Medical Device Commercialization Executive – Sleep Medicine

We are an early-stage medical device company preparing for the international commercialization of an innovative sleep technology platform. The seasoned management team has succesfully launched and scaled global brands in the past. We are seeking an experienced international medical device commercialization executive with a proven track record of selecting, developing, and managing distributors in multiple countries. This is not a telemarketing or lead generation project. We are looking for someone who has personally built international distribution networks, launched innovative medical devices, and understands how to evaluate commercial partners. Our initial focus is the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, with expansion into Europe, Canada, Japan, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America to follow. Initially, this engagement will involve helping us identify, evaluate, and prioritize the strongest potential distributors for our products. Depending on the relationship and results, this could develop into a long-term consulting role or an ongoing leadership position supporting our international commercialization efforts. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in sleep medicine, respiratory care, behavioral health, diagnostics, digital health, or other closely related medical device markets preparing for the international commercialization of an innovative sleep technology platform.
