About FlowCode FlowCode is transforming the way tennis players develop the mental side of their game. Our platform helps players build confidence, resilience, focus and emotional control through a structured mental performance system, including AI-powered coaching, guided training, assessments and progress tracking. We're already working with coaches, academies and players, and we're now expanding internationally. To support this growth, we're looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and helping coaches discover innovative solutions that genuinely improve player performance. The Opportunity This is not a traditional cold-calling job. You'll be contacting tennis coaches and academies who have already received an introduction to FlowCode through our email campaigns. Your role is to continue the conversation, understand their current approach to mental performance training, introduce FlowCode where appropriate, and guide interested prospects towards a free trial or product demonstration. We provide everything you need to succeed: Qualified lead lists Cold email campaigns already sent CRM access Sales scripts Product training Marketing materials Ongoing coaching and support Your focus is on building conversations—not generating leads from scratch. Your Responsibilities Follow up with tennis coaches and academies worldwide Conduct professional discovery conversations Understand each coach's current approach to mental performance development Introduce the benefits of FlowCode Encourage prospects to start a free trial or book a live demonstration Update CRM notes after each conversation Share market feedback and common objections with our team Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people and can build trust quickly. Ideally, you have: Experience in outbound sales, business development or appointment setting Excellent spoken English (additional languages are a major advantage) A consultative sales style Confidence speaking with coaches, academy owners and business leaders Self-motivation and strong follow-through Experience in any of the following is a plus: Tennis Sports coaching Sports technology SaaS Education High-performance coaching Compensation This is a performance-based partnership. Rather than paying by the hour, we reward results. You'll earn an attractive commission for every successful sale, giving you unlimited earning potential. We provide the leads, marketing, training and sales support—you focus on building relationships and closing opportunities. As FlowCode grows internationally, top-performing partners will have opportunities to work on additional markets, larger accounts and future product lines.
