Interview Scheduling Coordinator Needed for Final Candidates

Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional recruiter or scheduling assistant to coordinate interviews for our final 13–15 shortlisted candidates. This role will involve working closely with our founders to align candidate interviews with their availability and ensuring a smooth scheduling process. Responsibilities: Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates based on founders’ availability Send confirmation emails and calendar invites (Google Meet or Zoom) Follow up with candidates to confirm attendance Handle rescheduling or cancellations professionally Maintain a clear and accurate record of scheduled interviews Support any additional administrative tasks related to final onboarding Requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in recruitment coordination or interview scheduling Familiarity with Google Calendar, Zoom, and Google Meet Attention to detail and professionalism Ability to follow instructions closely and coordinate efficiently Preferred: Prior experience in scheduling or coordinating interviews for senior or executive-level candidates Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up
