Interviewer / Appointment Setter ($500 Budget)

**Now Hiring: Appointment Setter / Interview Specialist** **2nd Annual Childcare Conference** We are hiring an **Appointment Setter / Interview Specialist** to help with outreach for the **2nd Annual Childcare Conference**. This role is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, professional, and great with follow-up. You will be contacting individuals who have already been nominated for an award, so these are warm leads. Your main responsibility will be to contact nominees, schedule their interview, and complete the interview by phone. **Responsibilities include:** Contacting nominated childcare professionals Setting interview appointments Completing up to 100 phone interviews Following up with nominees as needed Tracking calls, appointments, and completed interviews Using HighLevel to manage leads and communication Each interview will take about **15 minutes**, and no interview should take more than **30 minutes**. **Pay:** $5 per completed interview $10 bonus for each completed interview that turns into a sale HighLevel experience is a plus, but it is not required.
