Inventory Accounting Assessment

As part of the evaluation, the consultant will review the company's inventory accounting requirements and assess the extent to which they can be supported by standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality. The consultant will: - Analyze inventory-related accounting processes, including purchasing, manufacturing, inventory movements, adjustments, and period-end activities. - Review the journal entries generated by standard Business Central inventory transactions. - Map standard inventory posting flows to the company's accounting requirements. - Identify gaps between native Business Central functionality and the desired finance processes. - Recommend configuration options, custom developments, or third-party add-ons required to address identified gaps. - Deliver a concise assessment report and a migration checklist outlining required enhancements and implementation considerations.
