Our product is built on quality — in the fabric, in the finish, in the experience. We're growing fast and building the infrastructure to match. This role is how we do that in China. The role We're looking for a Guangzhou-based Inventory, QC & Logistics Manager to own our entire supply chain function in China — from fabric inspection at supplier level, to QC checks inside our Dongguan fulfillment facility, through to outbound dispatch. You'll also drive new product sourcing across the Guangdong region, identifying and vetting new suppliers and materials for founder review. This is a ground-up build. There is no existing system — you will create it. If you thrive in that kind of environment, this is your role. What you'll own — Full inventory visibility — stock levels, forecasting, reorder triggers, purchase order management — QC at fabric and pre-production stage with our suppliers — QC inside our Dongguan warehouse — every inbound batch checked and logged before it enters fulfillment — Day-to-day fulfillment operations — packaging standards, outbound shipping, delivery tracking, returns — Supplier relationships — lead times, SLAs, escalations — all communication in Mandarin — New supplier and material sourcing across Guangdong — research, vet, visit, and shortlist for founder approval — Weekly reporting to our Operations Manager covering inventory, QC, and fulfillment performance Non-negotiables — Fluent Mandarin — you communicate with suppliers and the facility team in Mandarin daily — Professional English — all internal reporting and communication with the global team is in English — Guangzhou-based — regular visits to our Dongguan facility and regional suppliers are part of the job — Luxury or premium product experience — you understand what it means to hold a standard, not just a checklist — Minimum 4 years in supply chain, logistics, or QC within fashion or apparel What we're looking for — Experience building or significantly improving a supply chain or QC function — not just maintaining one someone else built — Familiarity with the Guangdong supplier and manufacturing ecosystem — you know the region — Detail-oriented and process-driven, but able to move fast when needed — Proactive communicator — you surface problems early, with context, not after they've compounded — Experience working with Western brands or export-focused operations is a strong plus How to apply Send us a short note in English covering: 1.
