Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist to support the growth of Equity Link Capital by identifying and engaging high-quality investor and founder prospects. Equity Link Capital partners with founders who are seeking investment. Through our proprietary Executive-Level Investment Methodology (ELIM), we help businesses become investor-ready before introducing selected opportunities to our investor network. We focus on quality relationships rather than high-volume listings. Responsibilities Research and identify qualified investor prospects, including: Angel investors High-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) Family offices Venture capital firms Investment networks Generate qualified founder leads from businesses seeking investment. Conduct professional outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other approved business development channels. Qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings where appropriate. Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity within the CRM. Collaborate with our team to refine lead generation strategies and improve campaign performance. Requirements Proven experience in B2B lead generation or business development. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools. Experience with email outreach and CRM platforms. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to research, qualify, and engage decision-makers. Experience within startups, fundraising, venture capital, private equity, or investment-related industries is highly desirable. Success Metrics Performance will be measured based on: Quality of investor leads generated. Qualified founder leads. Number of introductory meetings scheduled. Accuracy and consistency of CRM updates. Overall contribution to pipeline growth. Engagement This is an ongoing freelance opportunity with the potential for a long-term working relationship. We are looking for a proactive professional who can become an integral part of our business development efforts and help expand our network of investors and founders.
