Job Title: Hyper-Realistic 3D Architectural Master Plan, Organic Landscape Design & Video Loops (Lumion / Twinmotion / UE5) - 3D Print Ready Job Description: Hello, We are seeking an expert 3D Architectural Visualizer, Architect, or Landscape Engineer with true spatial and urban design talent to transform an approved property layout into a hyper-realistic 3D visual model for an elite cross-border senior agritourism resort named "Pannonia Resort", located near the Austrian border. MANDATORY STEP TO SAVE TIME (Initial Paper Sketch): To ensure we do not waste time rewriting or remodeling finished 3D renders, we require a mandatory first step before any digital modeling begins. The chosen freelancer must first send a simple, hand-drawn pen-and-paper sketch on an A3 or A4 sheet showing the layout, zoning, and spatial arrangement of all elements. Every single zone must be clearly labeled with numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5...) accompanied by a clear text description explaining what is what. Only after we officially review and approve this initial paper sketch, you may proceed to the 3D software stage. MANDATORY VISUAL QUALITY REQUIREMENT: We strictly demand HYPER-REALISM. The final renders and video loops must look like real-world photography and professional drone footage. We absolutely DO NOT want cartoonish, animated, or CGI-looking "fairy tale" graphics. If your portfolio looks like a cartoon, please do not apply. The target audience is affluent Austrian seniors (55+), so the visuals must project immense value, warmth, and cinematic realism. What we provide (Attached files you must follow): 1. Original 2D/3D basic study: Showing legally fixed building masses and road footprints from the official urban planning permit (UPI / HÉSZ). You must respect these fixed boundaries. 2. Our concept sketch: Hand-drawn by the client showing required functions. 3. Reference Photos: Attached real-world photos for the architecture (the 2-story timber/wood cladding senior center in Graz, Austria) and landscape style guidelines from Pinterest. Your Core Task (Architectural Talent & Zoning): You have full creative freedom to solve the final zoning, landscape engineering, and logistics of the 42,000 m² lot. You must use your architectural skills to arrange the functions logically and hygienically (e.g., analyzing prevailing wind directions to place animal stables downwind, far from the wellness and housing zones). You must design how the entire resort looks and functions as a masterpiece. DESIGN ATMOSPHERE: "The Authentic Countryside Garden" We do not want a high-tech, artificial, or modern kitsch garden. The atmosphere must feel like a traditional, raw, organic, and overgrown "grandmother's garden". * Landscape: Use dense, mature trees, tall natural ornamental grasses, and blooming lavender fields. Implement a "Secret Garden" concept where the resident cannot see the whole plot at once, only the intimate zone they are currently standing in. * Custom Features to Zone: 4 glass greenhouses, gridded numbered vegetable allotments (3x2m), animal barns/paddocks, vineyards, fruit orchards, and a massive 3,000 m² natural fishing pond connected via a bio-filtering stream with reeds to a turquoise swimming pool and a rustic wooden event pergola (for 300 people) with festive string lighting. The main parking lot must be strictly kept at the main gate entrance to eliminate car traffic inside the resort paths. MANDATORY TECHNICAL FORMATS FOR 3D PRINTING: The final 3D model will be manufactured on an industrial full-color gypsum-composite 3D printer (CJP technology) at a technical university.
