Job Title: Product Quality Inspector (China)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced **Product Quality Inspector** based in China, preferably near **Zhejiang or Shanghai**, to perform factory inspections, verify product quality, and coordinate accurate shipments to our Amazon fulfillment centers and our retail store. ** Key Responsibilities** * Receive and inspect product samples at your location. * Verify that samples match our specifications, materials, dimensions, colors, packaging, and overall quality requirements. * Identify any defects or inconsistencies before production begins. **Production Inspections** * Conduct on-site factory inspections during and after production. * Ensure the factory is: * Following our specifications * Using the correct materials * Maintaining consistent product quality * Producing defect-free goods **Quality Control** * Carefully inspect products for defects, workmanship, packaging, labeling, and overall quality. * Verify measurements, dimensions, weights, and quantities according to our specifications. * Watch for any material substitutions, quality downgrades, production inconsistencies, or other issues that could affect product quality. **Inspection Reports** * Provide detailed inspection reports with: * High-quality photos * Clear videos demonstrating any defects or concerns * Accurate measurements and dimensions * A summary of findings and recommendations * Communicate any problems immediately so they can be corrected before shipment. **Shipping Coordination** * Coordinate shipments accurately and on time. * Ensure the correct quantities are shipped to each destination (Amazon fulfillment centers and our retail store). * Verify that inventory designated for Amazon and our store is never mixed up. * Confirm cartons, labels, and packing lists are accurate. * Provide the correct tracking numbers and shipment information promptly. * Double-check shipment quantities and documentation before products leave the factory. ### Requirements * Based in China with the ability to visit factories and receive product samples. * Proven experience in product quality inspection or quality control. * Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * Reliable, responsive, and committed to meeting deadlines. This is a critical role in helping us maintain high product quality, prevent costly manufacturing mistakes, and ensure shipments are accurate and delivered to the correct destinations.
