Summary

Looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me with my job search. This is a simple but important role. You will not be submitting anything without my approval — your job is to organize opportunities for me and pre-fill basic application info. What You’ll Do Search LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and a few company career pages I provide. Find relevant roles based on criteria I’ll give you (example: Tech Sales – BDR/SDR, Accounting/Finance roles like Senior Fund Accountant, and a few others). Enter each job into a spreadsheet with: Job title Company Location Link to apply Summary of role Deadline (if any) -- Requirements Strong English reading/writing Experience with job research Very organized and reliable Comfortable working in Google Sheets Can follow clear instructions Respectful of privacy (you’ll be given my resume) Nice to Have Experience assisting with U.S. job applications Ability to draft short answers from templates I provide How to Apply Please answer these two questions: Have you done job-search research or application prep before? What tools do you use to stay organized? Thanks!
