Junior BI Developer (Tableau/Power BI) — Long-Term Growth Opportunity

Radar BI is looking for a junior-to-intermediate BI developer to support ongoing client projects while growing into a highly autonomous role within the business. This is not a task-only execution role. I’m looking for someone who wants to learn quickly, take ownership, and eventually operate as a trusted partner across consulting engagements and future product development initiatives. ## What You’ll Work On * Building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau and Power BI * Data modeling and report optimization * Supporting client requests and iterative dashboard improvements * QA/testing and troubleshooting data issues * Assisting with embedded analytics and modern BI workflows * Contributing ideas and helping improve internal processes ## Ideal Candidate * 1–3+ years of experience with Tableau and/or Power BI * Comfortable with SQL and relational data concepts * Strong attention to detail * Takes initiative instead of waiting for step-by-step direction * Interested in growing into a more strategic, client-facing role over time ## Bonus Experience * Embedded analytics * DAX or advanced Tableau calculations * UI/UX instincts for dashboards * Experience working in consulting or fast-moving environments
