Junior Form Builder / No-Code Systems Assistant (CRM + Automation)

We’re looking for someone to help us build and maintain forms and simple workflow systems used in real businesses. This is ongoing work (not a one-off project). Starting part-time with the potential to grow into a larger role. Project Overview We use form builders and CRM tools to: Capture leads Calculate pricing Trigger workflows We need someone who can help build, duplicate, and maintain these systems cleanly and accurately. Scope of Work Build and edit forms (multi-step, conditional) Set up: If/then logic Basic calculations (pricing, totals) Repeating sections Duplicate forms across systems and keep them consistent Connect forms into CRM workflows (we’ll guide you) Test builds and fix issues How This Role Works (Important) Work is milestone-based with defined checkpoints (waypoints). Each task must be completed correctly and reviewed Feedback and revisions are part of the process Approval is required before moving to the next milestone Incomplete or low-quality submissions will not be accepted This is production work — it needs to function correctly, not just look done.
