Kajabi Website Builder (Experienced)
Worldwide
Job Description: Kajabi Website & Community Developer About Us TheCollegeGame2030 (www.thecollegegame2030.com) is a premier coaching platform designed to help students and parents navigate the road to higher education and future career success. Our ecosystem relies on multi-tiered engagement, combining high-value courses, paid membership tiers, and free, unpaid community spaces to build a thriving network. We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Kajabi Developer & Administrator to design, build, and optimize our entire digital campus. Role Overview As our Kajabi Developer, you will be the architectural backbone of our online presence. You won’t just be making pages look pretty; you will be building a seamless user journey that converts curious parents into active community members, manages complex access permissions, and delivers an intuitive learning experience for students. Position Type: [Contract / Part-Time / Full-Time] Location: [Remote / Location-Specific] Experience Level: Mid-to-Senior (Proven Kajabi Portfolio Required) Key Responsibilities 1. Website & Landing Page Architecture Design and launch a clean, modern, and highly responsive website using Kajabi’s latest framework, aligning with the brand identity of TheCollegeGame2030. Build high-converting opt-in pages, sales funnels, and checkout pipelines specifically optimized for two distinct avatars: anxious/ambitious parents and tech-savvy students. 2. Multi-Tiered Community & Product Setup Configure and maintain our Paid Membership Communities and Unpaid Membership Communities, ensuring strict, automated access control between tiers. Structure and upload asynchronous courses, modules, and digital resources, ensuring a clean, gamified User Interface (UI) that keeps students engaged. Set up offers, bundles, coupons, and recurring subscription billing infrastructure. 3. Automation & System Integrations Implement advanced Kajabi automations based on user behavior (e.g., granting community access upon purchase, removing access upon cancellation, triggering email sequences when a student drops off in a course). Integrate third-party tools if necessary (e.g., Stripe, Zapier, Google Analytics, Email service providers, or Zoom for live coaching links). 4. Technical Maintenance & Optimization Ensure seamless mobile responsiveness across all courses and communities, as students will primarily access the platform via smartphones. Monitor site performance, fix bugs, manage member permissions, and troubleshoot access issues for non-technical parents. Required Skills & Qualifications Kajabi Mastery: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience exclusively building websites, products, pipelines, and communities inside the Kajabi ecosystem. Access-Control Expertise: Proven understanding of how Kajabi handles "Offers" vs. "Products" to flawlessy isolate paid content from unpaid community spaces. UX/UI Design Sensibility: Ability to create clean, uncluttered, intuitive interfaces that don’t overwhelm parents but still feel modern to Gen Z/Alpha students. Basic Front-End Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS to make custom tweaks when Kajabi’s native themes hit a limitation. Data Security Mindset: Understanding of privacy standards, especially when dealing with student/youth data. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience working with coaching, test prep, or higher-education consulting brands. Copywriting or graphic design skills to help tweak layout copy and lead magnets. A strong grasp of Kajabi’s built-in email marketing and CRM system. How to Apply If you are ready to help us build the future of college coaching, please submit: Your resume/portfolio. Links to 2–3 active Kajabi websites or communities you have personally built (applications without Kajabi live examples will not be considered). A brief paragraph explaining how you would approach separating a paid and unpaid community tier natively inside Kajabi.
