About the Role We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with 8+ years of proven experience in client relationship management and account growth. This role focuses on managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating project delivery, and building long-term business relationships. This is not a finance or accounting position. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Conduct regular client meetings, provide project updates, and address concerns proactively. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent communication and timely issue resolution. Coordinate with delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to meet client expectations. Prepare account reports, track milestones, and maintain accurate client records. Support contract renewals, account retention, and business development initiatives. Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines and service quality standards. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Preferred Skills Experience in the IT services, staffing, or technology industry is an advantage. Ability to identify opportunities for account growth and client retention. Results-driven with a customer-first mindset. What We're Looking For
