Map2Close (M2C) is a B2B sales consultancy based in Toronto. We help Tech and SaaS companies drive real pipeline growth through Revenue Operations, Custom Sales Tools, and hands-on Sales Enablement. Our clients are growth-stage to enterprise software companies across the US and Canada. We do not just advise, we get in the room, build their tech stack & systems, run training sessions, coach the reps, and make things move. We are hiring a Key Account Manager and Sales Enablement Rep to own the recurring delivery of our Sales Enablement program with an active enterprise client, currently a multi-office SaaS company operating across Toronto, Ireland, and Vancouver. What You Will Do Delivery: 1. Facilitate cold call lab sessions for client sales teams across multiple offices (will be trained on this) 2. Run monthly group coaching sessions for lead generation reps and the sales team 3. Hold office hours for senior reps and team leads, structured, recurring, agenda-driven 4. Conduct quarterly battlecard and playbook refreshes; review, update, redistribute 5. Onboard new sales reps joining the client: CRM walkthrough, system setup, our framework introductions etc. 6. Conduct periodic systems reviews to assess whether the client's RevOps setup is performing Account Management: - Serve as the day-to-day M2C point of contact for the client between sessions - Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels - Anticipate client needs and surface them to leadership before they become issues - Prepare session recaps, action items, and follow-up notes after every touchpoint You will NOT do any business development, prospecting, independent strategic decisions, or unsupervised changes to client systems. Training You will go through a structured 3-week onboarding with our co-founder before delivering independently. Week 1 is foundational, frameworks, playbooks, methodology. Week 2 you shadow live client calls. Week 3 you co-deliver with supervision. Training is paid. Compensation - Monthly retainer against a defined set of recurring deliverables. Rate based on experience to be discussed during interview. - Approximately 20 to 25 hours per month to start. Rate & hours reviewed quarterly as scope grows. Requirements for this Role: - Excellent spoken and written English, you will be client-facing from week one - Minimum 2 years in enterprise B2B account management or customer success - Direct experience facilitating training, coaching, or enablement sessions, individually or with groups - Strong foundational understanding of B2B sales - direct sales background, SDR or AE experience, or significant time inside a high-performing sales environment - Comfortable in a professional, structured client-facing capacity Nice to Haves: - Prior sales training or sales enablement experience - HubSpot or Apollo.io familiarity - SaaS or tech industry background - Multi-office or multi-region account experience - Cold calling experience or deep familiarity with outbound sales How to Apply Please include the following in your proposal: A voice or video introduction (60 to 90 seconds), introduce yourself, walk us through your background, and tell us why this is a fit.
