Key Account Manager

Role Summary The Account Manager is responsible for coordinating all internal activities relating to assigned accounts and ensuring the client receives a consistent, responsive, and high-quality service. Acting as the central point of contact internally, they maintain full visibility of sales activity, innovation projects, stock availability, forecasts, rollouts, and operational requirements. The Account Manager works closely with Account Coordinators, Purchasing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, forecasts are accurate, stock is available, and client expectations are met. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary internal point of contact for all account-related activity. - Maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts and franchisees. - Ensure client enquiries and requests are responded to promptly and professionally. - Support the resolution of customer issues and remedial actions. - Monitor recurring issues and work with internal teams to implement improvements. - Maintain full awareness of all ongoing projects, rollouts, product developments, and operational activities relating to assigned accounts.
