Summary ABOUT THE ROLE Imperial Cabinetry is a kitchen cabinetry company specializing in custom and stock cabinetry solutions. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our design process from quote to delivery. You will work directly alongside our lead, manage client communications, and cabinetry design layouts, changes and details. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Manage RFQs • Prepare quotes • Keep every project organized — log costs, markups, and revision history. • Hand off orders for placement. • Schedule site surveys • Handle sample requests, damage claims, and countertop pricing follow-ups. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Experienced kitchen cabinetry layout technical designer IS A MUST • Highly organized • Strong written communicator — professional, concise, and client-facing confident. • Technical knowledge of both custom and stock cabinetry is required — you must understand construction methods, box types, door styles, finishes, and how cabinets are specified and ordered.
