Klaviyo Project Manager
Worldwide
About the role Growing email marketing agency serving ecommerce / DTC brands. We run Klaviyo flows and campaigns that drive real revenue for our clients. You'll own delivery: implement campaigns, review the team's work for quality, run operations and support the founder day to day. Senior, trusted, hands-on role, work directly with our copywriter and designer; report to the founder. Core duties (your main job) These come first. Everything else is secondary to these. Email implementation Build, schedule, and send campaigns in Klaviyo across client accounts. Set up and maintain flows: welcome, abandoned cart, abandoned browse, post-purchase, winback. Manage segments, send times, and A/B tests. Ensure mobile rendering is clean; monitor and fix deliverability issues. Quality review, the most important part Review all copy and design against our quality checklists before anything ships. Catch weak subject lines, unclear offers, off-brand design, broken links, mobile issues. Give the copywriter and designer clear, actionable feedback; approve final work. Operations & team management Plan, build, and maintain the email calendar across all clients. Assign tasks to the copywriter and designer with clear deadlines; keep everyone unblocked. Track progress daily, know the status of every client's campaigns and flag risks early. Run a weekly team check-in, surface blockers and decisions to the founder. Own client onboarding logistics: account setup, asset collection, kickoff coordination. Keep all client assets, accounts, logins, and documentation organized and up to date. Maintain SOPs and the process library so the team runs consistently. Reporting (monthly) Produce a revenue report per client: email-attributed revenue, % of total revenue, flow and campaign performance. Founder support (secondary) Done once core duties are handled. Help create content for the agency (social posts, short-form, repurposing client wins). Manage and run the agency's social media channels: scheduling, posting, light engagement. Turn client results and case studies into content the founder can use for marketing. Handle ad-hoc tasks that free up the founder's time to focus on growth and sales. What we're looking for Have a conceptual understanding of marketing, copy, design to make clear judgement. You can tell good email copy/design from weak, and improve it. A strong eye for design quality and brand consistency. Genuinely organized: you can run projects, calendars, and a small team without being chased. Ecommerce / DTC understanding: you know how email drives store revenue. Reliable, proactive, clear communicator who can own delivery independently. Nice to have, but not required Email marketing strategy: a strong sense of what makes a campaign convert. Content creation / social media skills (you'll use these in the founder-support part of the role). Hands-on Klaviyo experience (built campaigns and flows yourself). Experience reviewing or managing other people's email/copy work. Deliverability, segmentation, and email design know-how. Shopify experience.
