Knowledge Management & Collaboration + Gamification Strategy Consultant

We're looking for an experienced consultant to help us rethink how employees create, enrich, and improve organizational knowledge. We've built an internal knowledge management platform (React + Node.js) that combines document editing with structured visual collaboration. While it shares some similarities with Google Docs and Miro, it goes much further by guiding users through semantically structured and behavior-driven collaboration workflows. Our challenge isn't getting people to contribute—it's encouraging them to contribute better. We're looking for ideas to: Motivate employees to create richer, more detailed knowledge instead of brief notes Encourage the use of workflow diagrams and visual process descriptions alongside text Increase peer review, commenting, and collaborative refinement of knowledge Design sustainable engagement mechanisms that improve long-term participation and knowledge quality We're particularly interested in expertise in: Knowledge management systems Gamification and behavioral design Collaborative software and digital workplaces Organizational learning and employee engagement UX for productivity or enterprise applications This job requires the creation of an overview/guidelance-draft of your approach and ideas to achieve the above.
