Kommo CRM → AI Audit Workflow in n8n Cloud (Chats API / WhatsApp)

================================================= KOMMO CRM → DAILY AI AUDIT (n8n Cloud workflow) ================================================= CONTEXT I run the sales team of an aesthetic surgery clinic. We use Kommo CRM with WhatsApp for patient conversations, and I want to audit how well my team follows our internal protocol using Claude AI. Account: ~100-500 active leads, 20-100 WhatsApp conversations per day, single channel, team mixes human agents and an AI bot called "Abi". WHAT I NEED A workflow in MY n8n Cloud account (I add you as collaborator) that, when triggered manually or daily by cron, pulls from Kommo: - All leads with current stage, days in stage, responsible agent, custom fields - Stage movement history per lead (who moved, when, from/to) - Tasks per lead (open, completed, overdue) - Full WhatsApp conversations per lead via Kommo's Chats API (amojo.kommo.com, HMAC-SHA1 auth — the trickiest part) ...builds a self-contained JSON file (YYYY-MM-DD.json) where each message is classified as patient / human agent / AI bot, and uploads it to my Google Drive. Then I upload the JSON to Claude.ai for audit questions. WHAT THIS IS NOT Read-only auditing. No write-back to Kommo, no automation, no VPS, no Slack/Telegram, no Claude API integration in the pipeline, no dashboards. Just the workflow in n8n Cloud. DELIVERABLES (3 milestones, Upwork escrow) M1 — Leads, stages, tasks extracted with names resolved (not just IDs). Acceptance: 3 sample leads visible in execution log with their stage history. M2 — WhatsApp messages flowing via Chats API. Acceptance: real message text visible for 3 sample leads, each message correctly classified as patient / ai_bot / human_agent. M3 — Final JSON in my Google Drive. Brief README + 5-min Loom video. Acceptance: I trigger the workflow myself, find today's JSON in Drive, upload it to Claude.ai, ask "which patients are stuck in Negotiation more than 5 days and what was their last message?", and Claude answers coherently with specific names and message content. If that works, M3 is approved.
