Korea-Based Sourcing Agent — OEM Supplement Manufacturers (Milestone-Based, Trial First) Overview I'm launching a premium Korean "inner beauty" supplement brand for the US market — single-serve powder sticks (collagen, vitamin C, probiotic). I need a Korea-based, bilingual (Korean/English) sourcing agent to find and vet OEM/private-label manufacturers who can produce these products under my own brand. Important: I'm looking for OEM (manufacture-to-my-brand) partners, not trading companies or resellers of existing stock. I want factories that can formulate, produce, and package supplement powder sticks that I'll sell under my own label. The brand name isn't finalized yet — that's fine. This stage is about identifying reliable factories, capabilities, MOQs, and pricing so I can move quickly once branding is ready. This is a milestone-based, fixed-price project. We start with a small paid trial milestone to confirm we work well together before committing to the full scope. Strong work leads straight to the next milestones and ongoing work as the brand scales. You must be able to communicate with Korean manufacturers in Korean (phone + email) during Korean business hours. Experience sourcing Korean cosmetics, nutricosmetics, or supplement OEM manufacturers (e.g. Kolmar, Cosmax-type contract manufacturers) is a strong plus. The Milestones Milestone 1 — OEM Factory Shortlist (Trial) Research and deliver a shortlist of 5–8 vetted Korean OEM/private-label manufacturers capable of producing supplement powder sticks (collagen, vitamin C, probiotic) under my brand. For each, provide: -Company name, location, website/contact -Confirmation they do OEM/private-label (not just sell finished stock) -Product capabilities and relevant categories -Whether they export to the US / hold FDA facility registration (note if unknown) -Minimum order quantity (MOQ) if available -One-line note on why they're a good fit Deliverable: clean comparison sheet (Google Sheets or Excel). Milestone 2 — Outreach, Quotes & OEM Terms Contact the shortlisted factories and gather: -OEM/private-label pricing per unit / per SKU -Confirmed MOQs (per SKU and minimum order value) -Formulation flexibility (can they do low-molecular-weight collagen, all-in-one blends, custom flavors?) -Sample availability and lead times -Production timelines -Confirmation of FDA facility registration + ability to provide US-compliant, English-label-ready formulas Deliverable: updated comparison sheet with quotes, MOQs, OEM terms, and compliance notes. Milestone 3 — Samples & Final Recommendation Coordinate sample requests from the top 2–3 factories and deliver a final recommendation: -Sample request logistics and tracking -Side-by-side comparison of finalists (price, MOQ, OEM flexibility, quality signals, communication) -Your recommendation with reasoning Deliverable: final comparison sheet + short written recommendation. Payment Structure Fixed-price, paid per milestone. Milestone 1 is the paid trial — I release payment when the shortlist is delivered and meets the brief. If the trial goes well, we proceed to Milestones 2 and 3, with ongoing work likely (more SKUs, reorders, supplier management) as the brand grows.
