Make health delicious. We are looking for an experienced Korean sourcing specialist who already has relationships with leading OEM/ODM manufacturers producing functional jelly sticks, gummies and health foods. This is not a beginner sourcing role. We need someone who already knows the Korean nutraceutical industry and can move quickly. Your Mission Find and negotiate with Korean manufacturers that already have proven, ready-to-launch formulations. Our goal is to become Australia’s leading importer and brand of premium functional jelly supplements. Initial Product Range We are looking for ready-made or easily customisable formulas for: * Weight loss jelly * Appetite suppression jelly * High fibre jelly * Sleep jelly containing magnesium glycinate * Protein jelly * Collagen jelly * NAD+ support jelly * Daily multivitamin jelly * Omega-3 / fish oil jelly * Women’s wellness jelly * Electrolyte hydration jelly Product Requirements Every product should ideally be: * Sugar free or no added sugar * Low calorie * Great tasting * Premium ingredients * Functional health claims supported by science * Suitable for Australian regulatory requirements * Available as jelly sticks (preferred) * Private label ready * Low MOQ * Export ready Bonus if formulations include ingredients that naturally support: * Fullness * Reduced cravings * Stable energy * Digestive health * Metabolic health Responsibilities * Source the best Korean OEM and ODM manufacturers. * Compare factories, pricing and MOQs. * Negotiate favourable commercial terms. * Obtain quotations and samples. * Verify GMP, HACCP and export certifications. * Coordinate packaging options. * Arrange branding and private labelling. * Liaise with manufacturers throughout production. * Recommend new functional ingredients and trends from Korea. Ideal Candidate * Based in Korea or extensive experience sourcing there. * Existing network of health supplement manufacturers. * Experience with functional foods or nutraceuticals. * Fluent in Korean and English. * Strong negotiator. * Able to work independently and quickly. Success Metrics Within the first 30 days: * Source 20-30 qualified manufacturers. * Present at least 10 suitable factories. * Secure samples for each product category. * Negotiate low MOQs. * Identify the best manufacturing partner for long-term growth.
